Returns & refunds

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, email intel@a9intel.com with your order number and clear photos within 30 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund. For a missing parcel, contact us within 30 days of its estimated delivery date. Contact us before sending anything back. Made-to-order items are not returnable for a change of mind or an incorrectly chosen size, except where required by applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
